Finance Manager

De Rol

Als Finance Manager biedt je een brede ondersteunende rol binnen finance. De functie draagt bij aan een correcte administratieve opvolging van facturatie, betalingen, budgetten en marges, en ondersteunt zo de dagelijkse werking en financiële gezondheid van het bedrijf. Dit is een parttime functie met groeimogelijkheden.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Financiën & administratie

  • Analyseren van de cashflow en evalueren van leveranciersbetalingstermijnen en -condities op basis van cashflow-impact
  • Opvolgen van retailverkoopfacturen en openstaande betalingen
  • Controleren van aankoopfacturen en voorbereiden van uitgaande betalingen
  • Ondersteunen van de interne boekhouder
  • Bijdragen aan en meedenken over de optimalisatie van de e-commerce sell-through
  • Maandelijkse opmaak en opvolging van commissieoverzichten
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bij Amerikaanse sales tax-verplichtingen en compliance-vereisten
  • Aanvragen en opvolgen van subsidies en actief detecteren van nieuwe subsidiemogelijkheden

Verzekeringen

  • Opvolgen en contractbeheer van kredietverzekering en Amerikaanse factor
  • Handhaving van brand- en transportverzekering

Productie & Prijsbeheer

  • Ondersteunen bij de handhaving van productiemarges
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en ondersteunen bij correcties

Budgettering & Rapportering

  • Meewerken aan de budgettering van bedrijfsuitgaven, waaronder: marketingkosten, verschillende product launches, kostenevolutie van productcategorieën per seizoen
  • In kaart brengen en analyseren van collectie-investeringen en ROI
  • Ondersteunen bij financiële rapportering

Profiel

  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig
  • Discreet en betrouwbaar
  • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Affiniteit met financiële administratie
  • Proactief en ondersteunend ingesteld
  • Kennis van Exact Online is een plus
  • Minimum 3 jaar ervaring

Marketing and Communications intern

The Role

During the internship, carried out at the BERNADETTE studio in Antwerp, you will assist BERNADETTE’s marketing team. As a real team player, you will be part of a small and independent team. You will work closely with the teams responsible for PR, content, visual communication, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

PR & events

  • Assist with the organization and execution of the brand’s show during Paris Fashion Week
  • Coordinate sales/branding events and launches for new stockists
  • Assist in organizing press requests
  • Stay informed about all brand communications and seize every opportunity to organize new initiatives and increase brand awareness
  • Analyze and set goals for influencer marketing
  • Write and distribute press releases per collection

Content and visual communication

  • Create short- and long-term communication and content marketing plans
  • Launch concepts for social media and website
  • Develop moodboards for content shoots
  • Assist in the production of photoshoots and content creation
  • Organize lookbook, campaign, and ghost shot imagery per collection
  • Create newsletters

Digital marketing

  • Assist in maintaining the webshop
  • Ensure prompt customer responses to incoming requests
  • Manage webshop order fulfillment and returns
  • Keep the customer database up-to-date and analyze it
  • Provide suggestions to improve the clients’ shopping experience

Profile

  • You are dynamic, social, and optimistic
  • You work independently and take initiative
  • ⁠You speak English fluently and reside in Belgium, with the ability to work in our studio on a daily basis
  • You enjoy variety in your tasks
  • You are creative and have strong writing skills
  • You have a degree or experience in a communications-related field
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus
